Booking and Payment

All travel bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the relevant suppliers. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking. Final payment is typically due 60 days before departure, unless otherwise specified.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by supplier and may involve penalties. We will inform you of applicable cancellation fees at the time of booking. Refunds will be processed according to supplier policies and may take several weeks.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. We are not responsible for denied entry or delays due to improper documentation.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Supplier Terms

All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the actual suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). We act as an agent for these suppliers and are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

Price Changes

All prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received. Price changes may occur due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, or supplier price changes.

Limitation of Liability

Gilded Furds acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the defect of any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

If you have a complaint during your travel, please inform the relevant supplier immediately and contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo.
